Mango Protein Mousse

I’m not a fan of depleted cardio and usually eat or at least drink a pre-workout before I “hit it”.  After seven depleted miles this morning I needed a glucose replenishment. Blend the ingredients below long enough for it to thicken; I did three 30-second intervals. Easy day.
